Theme: Leadership Development
But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don't, the Advocate won't come. If I do go away, then I will send Him to you. (John 16:7) NLT
Jesus made a brave claim to his disciples that was better for Him to go away because through the power of the Holy Spirit they would do even greater things than if He had stayed.
That claim is no less today. The Lord Jesus’ vision of the church is not an audience gathered around a few anointed individuals, but an army of leaders sent in by the power of the Holy Spirit to take the gospel to the world.

“Pushing out leaders creates more leaders”
COGOP Riverside is a historical church and known for sending leaders into the mission field from the States to Central and South America. One of our core values in this local church is “Leadership Development” our vision is to equip and send such leaders to such mission fields.
This month, with the Lord’s grace, we have sent two beautiful families into the mission field. The Tamayo’s and Fino’s, they have been trained, equipped and accepted this calling in their lives. The Tamayo’s have been appointed to the church of Pedley, while the Fino’s have been appointed to the church of Perris.
They are family and the church in Riverside are proud of these families. We will continue to support their efforts.
It is my vision to continue in the same spirit, to be sending out a train of equipped and developed leaders into the mission field. All Aboard!
